Strawberry Mango Fruit Roll Ups

These are so easy to make and taste so good! Not to mention, healthy of course! If you look at the ingredients in store bought fruit roll ups, you’re going to find a little bit of fruit and a whole lot of added sugar! These are refined sugar free, and you can make them with or without any extra natural sweetener. I chose no extra sweetener, I love them tangy!

  • 2 cups raw mango
  • 2 1/2 cups raw strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice *this helps preserve & prevent browning
  • 1-2 Tbsp pure fruit juice for blending (I used organic pure apple juice)

Optional: 2 Tbsp- 1/4 cup sweetener (agave nectar, pure maple syrup, brown rice syrup, pureed banana, pure fruit juice, dates or date syrup)

You can also switch up the fruit to make different flavors of fruit leather!

Just blend the ingredients and dehydrate!
