Kale Chips

If you love kale chips but don’t want to spend $5-10 on a package of pre-made kale chips, make your own! You can use a dehydrator or the oven to make these crispy, crunchy, healthy chips!

πŸƒKale is high in fiber, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, magnesium, & calcium! One of the most nutrient dense foods in the world, kale is one of my favorite superfoods! 🌱


You will need 1-2 bunches of fresh kale. Be sure to thoroughly wash your kale!

Pull apart the large pieces of kale from the stem, and tear them into smaller pieces. Β (You can toss the stem in the compost!)

Place the kale into a large bowl and toss with one tsp or Tbsp of organic olive or coconut oil, thoroughly saturating all the pieces.

Place the pieces of kale flat onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or onto a dehydrator sheet, make sure you don’t overlap pieces.

Sprinkle with pink himalayan salt and nutritional yeast.

Dehydrate on lowest setting for 3+ hours until kale is crunchy or bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 300Β°!

Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container!
